A five-piece rock band that lie somewhere between "Led Zeppelin, The Clash, Stone Roses and Supergrass. Combining a refreshing mix of musical influences and infusing thoughtful and insightful lyrics. ZOIDBERG have created their own unique style and are here to stay.

Gloucestershire’s brightest prospects are taking venues in the South West by storm. After their triumphant first gig in October 2007 the band have continued in their musical journey and within as little as four months generated some interest within the industry after their performance at a music industry showcase.

Fallen Child are a Rock Band from Bristol. Fully formed in 2006, the current line up of the band features Greg Smith on Vocals, Addy Burley on Bass, Chris Dixon on Drums and Ed Burley on Guitar. The band are currently writing new material for the follow up to last years EP [Market;Expolit;Repeat], and are set to start their summer tour with local dates in June.

Tin dogs....... Tin dogs is the result of 2 Bristol bands imploding and the remaining members finding love in a sweaty room in Redland...... The love of heavy metal elevator music...... The 2 bands in question were Kreemo and Reverend.....joe from Kreemo,phil and marcus from the mighty Reverend......Danny was found later,a part time devil worshiper who had recently beat satan at ludo and been granted eternal life...... Together they built the sound that is Tin dogs....a dark pop intensity that flicks fish hooks into the sensitive parts of the brain and won't ever let go...... And with the help of the God like Mat Sampson at the bands den and part time Social club,Kreemo towers....they have recorded an album..... Ten tracks of pure joy...songs that are intense,beautiful,melodic and fierce.....songs about the love and hatred of those nearest to our hearts...... TRANSMIGRATION is the long awaited second album from super-heavy Bristol rockers Gonga, released June 2008 through Invada Records.

In the years since their critically acclaimed debut Gonga have seen several bass players come and go, the most recent of which was Hallam Kite who left after recording the album. As such Transmigration reflects this turbulent time and it also marks the completion of the bands metamorphosis; or perhaps metempsychosis is more apt; “the transmigration at death of the soul into a new body.”

In spite of these challenges, Transmigration is unmistakably Gonga; it retains the grindingly heavy doom and furious rock of the first album along with some mellow moments, but it has undeniably moved forward.

“A return from the Void formed anew and with fire in our eyes. This beast is not different from before, nor is it the same; it is evolution.”

Radio 1’s Zane Lowe made Stratofortress ‘single of the week’ and the 2004 self titled debut ‘album of the week’ an honour that was quickly followed by an invitation to play on his prestigious evening session. Following this critical acclaim Gonga embarked on several fierce headline tours and were invited to tour with Mondo Generator and High On Fire. They also made several festival appearances including Glastonbury, Download, Shambala and Ashton Court.

Gonga’s talent is widely recognized within the industry; Portishead’s invitation to play at the 2008 ‘All Tomorrow’s Parties’ is a mark of just how highly their new work is regarded. Geoff Barrow also cited the band as an influence on ‘Third’. As well as working on their latest album Gonga have been playing with Portishead , Crippled Black Phoenix , Ramesses , The Flies, Sadaar Bazaar and Joe Volk’s solo material.

And so the tides of fate turn once more. After the completion of the new album singer Joe Volk leaves the band. In a final act of defiance to the powers that sought their end the Brothers Gonga summon Peter Theobalds (ex-Akercocke) as Bass Lord and Matt Williams (aka Team Brick) on Vocals. Now the Transmigration is complete.

A HUGE THANKS TO AARON SAYERS FOR RECORDING AND MIXING THE NEW TRACK FOR US!! This is a brand new band from Bristol/Leeds. We have been in the same originals bands previously and split up and went our own seperate ways to join other bands and projects. After about a year of not playing together, we have decided it is our sworn duty to get back together with a different line up, name, a new attitude and a different way of song writing. Thus "Sleeping With Satellites" was born! We have gone for a more abstract approach to the way we have been writing new songs. We've decided to go for a much more aggressive "BALLS OUT" sound for most of the songs written. With an interesting and exciting concoction of fast upbeat choruses,beafy riffage, drum machines and electrical glitch sound effects in the other parts of the songs, we've tried to hit people in the gut with our songs from start to finish without giving you a chance to gasp for breath.

Bloody Tourists are a Bath based three-piece indie punk band, with influences including The White Stripes, The Pixies and The Fall.

Loci’s sound has its roots in the alt-rock revolution of the 90'. This is music born of frustration: aggressive and inventive, vast and explosive.

Loci wield music writhing with energy and intent. Aggressive alternative rock offset by dreamy shoegazing; a sound that ambushes the listener with both brute force and siren-like seduction. This is music with edge, with dark intelligence and a sarcastic smile.

A “sense of menace”, BBC Wales suggest, is what sets Loci apart, and indeed a Loci performance is anything but predictable. Eighty shows of frenzied acrobatics, bruises, crushed instruments and applause. Unpredictable? Yes, but what you can expect is to leave with a grin!

"Two in particular stand out: Kerterver Cartzo and The Hysterical Injury. Kerterver Cartzo (don’t even ask, but I do wish they’d change the name, just because I can’t remember it) is really unusual and I’m not sure they are even aware of their strengths and uniqueness. The most-of-the-time lead singer is Tim Daddio (amazingly, real name), a well known dashing figure on the local scene. He looks like he just stepped out of Raging Bull, when in fact, he just stepped out of the audience to be on stage. Smart move; he was always the best looking guy on the floor and now he looks good on the other side. And sounds good with his sort of Nick Cave meets The Cramps musical style. It’s hypnotic, it’s weirdly ambient, it’s down to the bone of words and music and it sounds great."

We're Ravage Raven. In mid 2007 a group of friends realised the massive gap in local music. We all have a love for European styles of metal like HIM and Nightwish etc and wanted to bring the influence into the southwest of England. We set out writing our interpretation on "love metal". Since then we have blossomed and brought in our own swing to it using sythns, strong male and female voices to bring what was in our heart to the stage. The success started with our first gig with an invite to do our first tour to Czech Republic and since then our music has grown on people of all ages through out the South West England and South Wales.

PostWarSpain combine soaring vocals and dynamic instrumentation to weave atmospheric audio tapestries upon the listener. Chugging bass underpins spiralling guitars and evocative melodies, held together by snappy, crashing drums.

They have graced venues such as Moles Club, The Louisiana, The Croft and Joe Publics, and have played to audiences of nigh on 500 people. The highlight of their musical journey has to be recording at EMI's olympic studios in London, where the likes of Led Zeppelin, David Bowie and Eric Clapton have all recorded.

Angry Panda have been wreaking havoc on the unsigned scene across Bristol, the South West and the UK since 2003, with a twisted devotion to breakneck punked-up post-rock. The alternative trio make their sound with the simple conviction that it seems the only right thing to do in an insane, bipolar world. It’s time to get mad, angry, apocalyptic. Guitarist Steve Nutt mixes a spacey gamut of analogue effects with a razor blade technique. Vocalist/Bassist Lee Everson evokes an abstract lyrical darkness twinned with a blowtorch delivery… the fevered rhythm section is paired off by the kindred spirit of drummer Jack Everson, who provides the bones of a gigantic rock n’ roll DANSE MACABRE…all in the name of desperate revolution, the implicit need for the other and the abstract, and an honest plea for transformative oblivion. ANGRY PANDA: Embrace noise, evoke the rage, preach the fifth column gospel.
